I need to find a gas tank for my 39 master 85 2 dr Sedan. Will any other years fit. :confused:

1938 and 1939 are the same.Plastic ones are available from The Filling Station.

the parts books show gas tanks for 38 and 39 are not the same. the 39 is a all by it self . 39 part numbers are as follows group 3.001 -3650116 and the 38 part number is 597128

The plastic F.S. tank also has a 17 gal. capacity - a three gallon increase over stock - and plastic never rusts...
