I am not trying to be a smart a##, but if you have to ask it is best you not try to rebuild. Assuming you have a rebuild kit available from the Filling Station.
I usually start by cutting the propeller off by grinding a grove and then split it. Press the shaft out the front. You can now unscrew the packing nut and remove it. By the use of a press I remove the rear bushing first and then the front bushing. Clean up any remnants of the baffle.
The reassembling is evident. Make sure you don't forget the baffle installation at the proper stage.
Make sure you are applying pressure at the correct place or you will crack the housing and render it worthless.
