Mr Mack has given me an idea with his reply to a question about a 28 that has white paint underneath the top coat.
Starting off with Chev 4's would it make a good forum called
"Chev Police cars from 1912 onwards"
Just floating an idea, happy to kick it around a bit, or has it already been done?
But please, DON'T KICK THE PERSON SUGGESTING THE IDEA.
Some say "Street is neat". I prefer "1928 is great" I have documented my 45 years with a 1928 Chev Tourer, from 1973 to 2018, and regulary add other items that I hope are of interest to others. Your comments are most welcome. The story of the Red Chev can be viewed at http://my28chev.blogspot.com/

This topic would certainly be an interesting thread to read and follow. And you just started it!
I suspect there's enough interest for a police vehicle thread under the existing categories, but not be enough info for a whole category unto itself. My 2 cents.

I dont know of the good guys driving a chev but if you get a chance to see the 1996 movie Public Enemies Ma Baker and her boys sure did like their 4 cylinder chevrolets. Not to be confussed with the 2009 movie with the same name.
