I attempted to post this earlier apparently did something wrong. The question is, how can one identify an internally grounded generator as opposed to an externally grounded generator? Apparently this makes a difference when polarizing a voltage regulator. The question is prompted by a fellow VCCA member who has no computer. He is working on a 1949 Crosley hot shot as a change from his chevrolet restorations. talk
