I stashed this information somewhere, and now cannot find it!!! What Carter W-1 number did the 33 Master engines use? My memory banks tell me that the 32 and 33 W-1s were different from the 34? on. As I recall the Idle mixture screw was located higher on the carb body. My 33 OD truck has a 36 W-1, and I am trying to locate the correct one for 33, but do not know what number to specify in my "wanted" ad.
Thanks for the help dance :)

Hi OlChev,

It is real easy to identify the 33 carb. The idle adjust screw is at the top of the carb and the 33 has the connection at the bottom for the vacuum advance. The 32 does not have the vacuum advance fitting and the 34 adjusting screw is at the bottom.
