i don't real know. i think the most complete car is a 1916 and the bodiless car is a 17. i only say that because the date on the engines. one is a Halloween day car. the extra engine is newer i think, it doesn't have the same numbering system. it very similar but is defiantly different.

Hi Steven,

Try this link, its a on line copy of a 1916 to 1928 parts manual.

http://chevy.oldcarmanualproject.com/1916_28parts/index.htm

I actually have a hard copy, but I find it easier to use the on line version.

Hope this helps.

Regards

Ray

Some say "Street is neat". I prefer "1928 is great"

I have documented my 45 years with a 1928 Chev Tourer, from 1973 to 2018, and regulary add other items that I hope are of interest to others. Your comments are most welcome. The story of the Red Chev can be viewed at http://my28chev.blogspot.com/
