Ray, There seems to be a lack of interest in the planning of the Flint Mi. adventure, keep on keeping on with what you are doing, I don't know any way that "Lighten up" will really work too well. The squeeky wheel get's the grease!
here is a better listing of R.V. parks in the Flint area, I would think that it would be a good idea to inquire about Security an the parks if you don't want to walk back home, I have worked the Flint, Michigan area before, It has some nice places and some not so nice places. (IMHO) Flint Area R.V. Parks

Remember the meet is next July, not next week.
I am sure he will find a suitable campground soon.
This is not an area where there are a lot of choices.

If R.V. spaces are going as fast as rooms at the host HI he may already be too late........

It does not allow me to reserve from 07. 14. to 07. 23 (two days short), not the special price for VCCA and I have not received any emails from the hotel so far. I have sent two which hopefully have been received by now.

Please, make the web pages/reservation for that hotel work for our VCCA reservations within short time. It cannot be that difficult to organize; some few minutes on a PC, I believe.

The International members should all be given the possibility to stay in the main hotel. We are going to a rallye today and will not be back before Sunday afternoon.

In the meantime I really hope someone can be able to give us a helping hand to book through the web, instead of us having to call by phone next week. We are living in 2010 now!
