Is the bumper on the 38 model the same as on the 37? Engine? I'm considering buying a 37 model for the parts that might be needed to restore my 38 truck. Are many of them interchangable? Thanks, Gil

The 1937 1/2 ton truck front bumper is different from a 1938. The 1938 truck bumper is the same as a 1938 car bumper.
The 1937 flywheel and clutch are different from a 1938. The starter and generator were different. There were some small changes made to the block like different location of the serial number , different way the distributor is fastened to the block come to mind.
