I finally started tearing apart my '33 1/2 ton pickup project and it appears the frame is tweaked a bit. Anyone know of a good source for frame measurements so I can wrestle it back into shape?
Thanks.

I got it down to the frame and it's definitely bent. I think I can straighten it with my porta power once I have the necessary dimensions. Any ideas were to find the stock frame measurements?

I would say the shop manual. I don't have a 1933 but they are in the 1934-39-41 shop manuals .....www.fillingstation.com.....has reprints

Thanks. I'll look there. I guess I'm being cheap and thought I could find the info online. Which shop manual? It seems there are different sources for this.

The reason I asked which one is I got a truck manual off Ebay a while back and it didn't have much useful information, frame wise. It was more like an owner's manual.
I'll check the Filling Station. Thanks.
Ordered one. Thanks for the direction.

The body builders drawing is what you really need. I think that I have a copy someplace. Will see if I can find it. Also have some stuff on microfilm but don't have the reader here.

I need your email address to send a copy of the Body Builders drawing. It was in the '33 Chevy truck Gold Book. Should charge for that service as that book cost me a bundle, many years ago. That is unless you are a VCCA member, then I just swallow hard, put the book back in the file drawer.

My email address is modrod@gmail.com. I'm not a VCCA member at this time but could contribute some for the drawing, if necessary. Either way, I appreciate your help.
