Mine never came with one and I installed a street rod billit mirror but since I am putting in a stock looking interior I want a original looking mirror, does anyone know if one was available from the factory or is there another year or model I can use to give me the look I want.

The 1947 AD truck was the first to have a mirror available as an accessory. It required a special mounting bracket that attached to the center divider. Then a passenger car type mirror could be installed.

The one I have on it now screws on the panel above the windshield and I found one from a British car on ebay that might work and looks better then the billet mirror.

Jeff, Here's a link to Restoration Supply Co's website. Look in their catalog for mirrors. I bought a nice beveled one from them a year ago. http://www.restorationstuff.com/Catalog/catalog.html
