Hi!
New to forum! Just picked up a 1941 Coupe PU been sitting in a barn since 1965 91K orig miles. Question Coupe looks very original & never tampered with. The seat is a bench seat straight back with rear strap & ash tray! Does anyone know if this seat is correct for Coupe PU as P in model number which verifies real Coupe Pu from factory. Did coupe Pu's have non folding seats as no reason to get in back like a business coupe should fold down to get in rear! Only reason questioning this seat is the rear seat strap & ash tray as it looks like a 4 door seat. Any help??? Tks Bill

The 1941 coupe-pick-up had the same front seat as a business coupe. That would be a bench with folding back rests.
The box was 66" long on the inside and extended part way into the rear compartment. Being a Master Deluxe it would have come from the factory with no ash tray but an accessory ash tray was available and it mounted in the top center of the dash.
The fuel filler would be behind the door on the quarter panel same as a business coupe. The tank is on top of the rear compartment floor and has a wood shelf over it.
Rear seat strap and ash tray????????should not be there, need more info.
