OP PerryS Shade Tree Mechanic Joined: Nov 2012 Posts: 92 Missouri	I need to verify the correct sidemount color and fittings for a 31 Chevy Cabriolet. Is the mounting bracket (that attaches to car) painted black? Are the screws painted black as well? Is the rod that goes from mounting bracket to tire painted black or is it covered in black rubber?
