I need to verify the correct sidemount color and fittings for a 31 Chevy Cabriolet.

Is the mounting bracket (that attaches to car) painted black? Are the screws painted black as well?

Is the rod that goes from mounting bracket to tire painted black or is it covered in black rubber?

The sidemount hardware, i.e. the rod and the bracket, are both painted black.
