I got this radio and it has been sitting in stockroom can some body tell me somthing about it #ser 1625876 made in the united states of america is all it has beside the antenna adjusting tag

The serial number can't be used to identify a radio. Every Chevrolet radio except the 1940-41 5-tube radio has either a Bowtie or the word Chevrolet on the outside.

Remove the covers and on a paper label you will find a MODEL number. Post that number here and I will identify your radio.
