The front seat or its springs would be the same for any 1941-48 Chevrolet 2 door or coupe style.

You might try Chevs of the 40's 1-8008882438 or The Filling Station 1-8008416622. While they don't list that year in their catalogs, they often have parts that are not in the catalog and/or they can suggest someone who might have them.

I have found that using the parts wanted on this website and in the VCAA magazine to be very helpful. Good luck.

Have you tried Hampton Coach? I bought mine there for my 31 coupe. Good luck.

Yes I did try Filling Station, Chev of 40's and Hampton Coach and stuck out, but did get the name of Snyder's Antique Auto Parts and they have them. So pass the word if anyone needs them.

Arm yourself with measurments of the needed springs and then go to your F**D vendor. More times than not you can match sizes.

Actually, a good upholstery shop that works with antique and vintage cars should be able to make up springs for you, and cover them. I made up a lot of them when I had an upholstery shop.

I have my old ones. The bottom ones are in bad shape.
I will do a phone search and see if I can reach them.
Thanks for the tip!
