Friday is touring day, Saturday is Show Day (11:00 to 3:00) and it is over on Saturday night after the Banquet. There won't be anything going on Sunday at all.

I'll be there with my old '33, and I know that Bobby Denison is coming up from TN with his '68 Chevelle, and Paul Vianey from GA with his '49.

Ron & Judy,
Thanks for the info. It looks like we have every decade covered (even 80's).
I will be there early Saturday for the judges breakfast, and look forward to meeting you.
I will be taking the car home at 3PM (only 30 miles away) and returning with my wife for the awards dinner.

Hello everyone in NJ!!

Well I wish I was going.....but being So. Cal. there's little chance.

HOWEVER maybe you can help me recover a few things.

See I loaned Dom Speronz the tires that are on his car. So if you see Dom please have him remove those and send them back to me..... wink wink wink

Have a wonderful time!!

The Bumpers and Burgers Meet in NJ was GREAT. The weather was perfect, the accomodations were perfect, the tour on Friday was great, and the show on Saturday with 61 cars in attendance was great. Our thanks to Dom Speronza, Dave Cavagnaro, John White, Gale Peterson, and all other Jersey Lakeland members who made this meet a memorable and FUN weekend for all.

Ron, what a nice variety of vehicles. That must have been a treat. Glad it went well. Area 8 always does a exemplary job of running a meet. They could write a book on the subject.
Kudos to Dom Speronza, Mike McCusker,Dave Cavagnaro, Chuck Gibson, Ron and Judy Flory and Ron Marciano

As always, the Area 8 folks were friendly, gracious and welcoming. A well organized and run meet at a great facility, great weather.... what else could you ask for?
A great big thank you to all involved. June and I had a great time.

It was a great time! I hated to head home early on Saturday for a Wedding, but at least I blew some cob webs of the car on Friday on the tour! The weather was the big part! Thanks for a great job guys!

Great pics, thanks EGW, good job.

Looks like that red '53 ragtop in pic. #13 had an effect on someone.

You noticed that, eh, Louis C?

The car is owned by Sid Jones (an old friend), and is durn near perfect. He actually offered to trade it to me in exchange for EGW. I thought about it......

It sure is a beautiful car; doesn't look a bit like the '53 coupe I drove to high school...

Maybe you can talk him out of it one day...if I hear of one for sale I will let you know.

Hope your better half doesn't know about you thinking about the trade offer even for a second or she might trade you for a Furd...LOL.

Looking at the picture I see the show is over and looks like it was a good time. Just was not aware of the show.

The meets are listed on a calendar page in the VCCA monthly magazine. That way VCCA members can schedule, register and attend events. You need to be a VCCA member to participate in the largest meets. Anyone can come to view the vehicles.
