My pet peeve is:

after sitting through over 15 traffic light cycles today... I hate drivers who go racing past you in another lane and go to the front of the waiting line and put on their binker and push/bully their way into the waiting line...urge to kill...

People driving while talking on a cell phone!

Gator, makes me want a Quad .50 Cal.mounted in a ring mount in the top of the Tahoe, right next to the Onstar Antenna!

....And other dumb people driving with the cruise on, talking on the cell phone, watching the DVD player and the driver and the passanger BOTH have their stinking feet up on the dash!!!!
GRRRRRR.

Pulling out in front of you at an intersection then only goin half the speed limit

Not making an effort to merge when on the entrance
ramp.

Ladies that like to direct traffic. She's in front of you and wants to make a left off a busy street. She then waves the waiting car on that street to go ahead and pull out first. Now cars are still racing towards your rear end ...Then, the dork she lets out drives in front of you at 20 mph!!!!!!!!

posting items on the vccachat site and either no response or others taking your question/response in some other direction and still not getting a correct response

now don't everyone take this to personally its my pet peeve on this chat site lol

off this site - the rest of the world that thinks that a 4cyl chev at top speed does not belong on any public road because 40-45 mph is way too slow

Now I'm not sure which one is number 1 with me....cell phones drive me crazy too...you can always tell when the driver in front of you is on the phone...their speeds go up and down and they go from one side of the lane to the other and brake when they shouldn't.

Of course the person pulling out of a gas station that you let in line in front of you when you are stopped at a light and they don't give you a little wave of the hand...you would like to run up and give them a 'little' reminder manners bump. :eek: :eek:

How about the people who stop to turn left in the driving lane instead of going into the center turn lane...

My pet peeve is people who drive Fords.
Alaways remember: Friends don't let friends drive Fords.

Pedestrians on cell phones can be dangerous also. Had one step off the curb without looking in the middle of a block; nearly sideswiped my car.

How about people who pass you then slam on the brakes to make a right turn? They couldn't have waited until you were clear of the intersection?

I really hate being behind left foot brakers. The only way you know they are about to stop is if the brake light goes off for a millisecond before coming back on.

Another thing that drives me crazy while driving is seeing great looking blondes and redheads walking down the sidewalk wearing tight blouses and tight blue jeans. Now, how is a dude supposed to drive and look at them at the same time without getting in an accident? :eek: :love:

And ya know 38653 those folks that think that about 4 cylinder Chevs are right....

For a pet peeve, how about three 18 wheelers running nearly 3 abreast on a three lane interstate freeway with the one in the right lane going 55, the center lane going 57 and the one in the fast / passing lane blazing away at the blinding speed of 60mph.

Gota keep those rpm's up, huh??? Aren't those guys just the biggest jerks in the world???

How about bicyles. They ride out of the bike lanes & ride in packs of 10 or more. You go around them & they flip you off. Do they not realize your car can pop their head like a gord even when they're wearing a deflated football for a hat? ......joe

George33Eagle: Well, we don't have sidewalks around where I live, but they do in Medford some 20 miles away. Heck, out where I live we just got indoor plumbing last week! :eek:

While driving on a busy paved two lane road this morning I came upon a dude riding a bicycle while looking at and attempting to dial his cell phone with one hand. The bicyclist is all over the edge of the road and oncoming traffic is approaching. I stab the binders and grap a quick look in the rear view mirror only to see the guy behind me whalling his arms because I was slowing down.

Yeah, I live on a dirt road (caliche) No sidewalks, just 4 rooms and a path. We have a kerosene powered computer! and a windcharger powered DSL!

My pet peeve is that NOT enough women look at me or offer me their phone number-----when I am driving down the highway in my 41, Coupe. Oh well!!

40 years ago I set the hook...and I have been on the stringer ever since.

"People who DO NOT stop at stop signs." I was a victim when I dared to stop at a stop sign, and was rear ended. The young woman who hit me stated that no one ever stops at that that intersection, and she thought that I would keep going like all the other idiots that she was referring to. Fortunately, I got by with bumper damage (not my Chevy )($1200.00) and drove home. The Chevy Cavalier that hit me was totalled and had to be towed away.

People who toss their cigarette butts out the window. For them, apparently the public street is more appropriate to dirty than the thing in the middle that's called "an ashtray".
