MT, There are some cool items every now and then. Not a lot out there on COEs. Too bad.

Is there a COE only show anywhere? Even if they include the lesser brands.

MotherTrucker, I'm out here Bro., You don't have to worry about the "Spankster", If he's not in tha' house, he's right outside tha' window looking in. Us COE guys have to stick together. I'm never that far away. What have you done to the '54 COE , since your last webshots photo update. catch ya later, Spanky

lil'johnny, I forgot that you had 2 COE's. I've been tinkering on mine a little for the last few days.Been moving them around to mow, gave them a bath. Collected quite a few parts for them over the winter. I found 7 of those Jam Handy Training films, for GMC AD Trucks, still in their unopened boxes. I opened them, & watched them, they were awesome. I found 4 Fulton Sunvisors, & decided that 2 of them would look good on the '52 GMC & the '53 Chevy Wrecker. Have you ever seen the Chevrolet Truck 'Silver Books', & the GMC Truck Equipment Directories, they also have alot of nice factory type pictures of the different bodies, equipment, & accessories available for the trucks. catch ya later, Spanky

lil'johnny, The "Silver Books", are completly different from the Data Books. They are the size of a magazine( about 11"x14"), with anywhere between 175-200 pages. I've got '52 & '53 Chevrolet Truck Silver Books & the '53 GMC version of the book. GMC calls theirs an Equipment Directory. They are hard to find, especially the ones for the AD trucks. I see them for the '60's -70's trucks on ebay from time to time. Spanky
