i must replace the glove box liner on my 48 fleetline,all the replacements I've seen are gray.Is this the correct color or should it be changed?and if so with what?Fabric paint?thanks,chef- chevy

The original was tan.I would leave well enough alone and live with the gray.

Can't you use a spray dye. Or diluted paint in an air brush??

Spray bleach it lighter first maybe??

Get some similar material and play with it some, maybe?

Gator,these methods are what I had in mind.Seeings how I was pretty sure the correct color was not gray and thats about all they have out there,at least what I can find,I would have guessed some buddy has colored their glove box liner with sucsess???chef- chevy
