Looks like a fun project and well done but at this stage I am not surprised the cops have a good look. Down here they would take you away with bracelets and call the tow truck. Tony
Looks great, as open as that is 45 mph probably feels like 60 or more. I talked to a fellow who had a model A set up like that and he said it was the funnest car he has ever had. He wore aviation goggles because a bee, or a pebble in the eye at that speed could cause permanent damage.
That's an interesting intake conversion. I like it.
You might want to at least make a decision on seating. Either strap a couple lawn chairs in so to avoid any unwanted hospital bills to your family. Or bolt in a couple cheap racing seats that might actually save your a*s from falling out (or off). A role bar wouldn't hurt either. But now I'm just being fussy.
