This fuel pump was completely disassembled. All housings and internal parts were cleaned, checked for reuse and bead blasted. All housing diaphragm and gasket surfaces were hand sanded flat. Top cover fuel bowl flange was straightened. Housings, fuel bowl bail assembly and black painted screw heads were painted with clear coat. All internal parts were painted with iron cast. Fuel pump was assembled with new nitrile ethanol resistant diaphragm, check valves, check valve springs, check valve retainer gaskets, new rocker and pull rod springs, rocker arm pin, fuel bowl gasket and fuel bowl screen. Static tested: 3 PSI outlet and 10+ inches vacuum inlet. Comes with mounting gasket.
