I’m curious, is there a way to change from a single barrel to a 2 barrel carburetor? Is there an adapter or does the intake manifold need to be changed?

Don't know if this is correct for your application, but they are out there.

There are 2->1 adapters available.

They work about as well as attempting to merge 2 lanes of heavy traffic into 1 lane at 70 MPH.

Depending on your desires, there are larger (performance), and smaller (city driveability) single barrel carbs available, most of which ar more reliable than the Rochester B.

Thanks Jon. Do you have any recommendations for replacements for the Rochester BC? City and performance? Where to purchase?
