OP ttomtt Shade Tree Mechanic Joined: Aug 2022 Posts: 66 Likes: 1 Powell Butte	I have two Deco Remy generators part # 110000 4 9C and 110000 4 9E are these 2 or 3 brush, and what would be the correct regulator? Thanks, Tom

wannchev Backyard Mechanic Joined: Jul 2009 Posts: 302 Likes: 4 south africa	Those were 30amp 2 brush universal replacement generators (6V). Can use any 6V regulator. Not sure if you can set the current regulator at 30 amp. Dont think the current setting matters much as an electrical system in good condition will quickly charge the battery and the current will reduce on its own.
