Hello, could you please advise me on how send a private message. I have had no luck using the search option.
Thank you.

Click on the name of the person you want to PM. Click on Private Message from the drop down menu. If someone has sent you a PM look at the small envelope beside your name at the upper right. If it's flashing you have a message waiting. Click on the flashing envelope then the message to read it.

To send someone a PM, just click on their username (which is highlighted on the left of a post that they made) and a drop down menu will appear with 'Private Message' as an option. Click on that option and you'll be taken to the window where you can compose and send your PM to that person.

FYI, here is a write up that I put together to describe how to use the forum Search Function: Search Function hints and tips

Cheers, Dean

Thanks Dean & Tiny.
Is there someplace I can search to find this person using their vcca handle to send them a message?
I don’t have a post to start from.

Toward the top of the page is a link User List. Click on that then search by user name.

Up at the top you will see user list. Click on that and begin typing the user name. That will trigger suggestions below. That works for me and my poor spelling skills????
