Please confirm the correct wireing from the generator on a 32. From positive on the generator to positive on the battery--same for negetive?

There are two wires on the 1932 Model 943-J generator. The wire that comes out of the generator body goes to the terminal marked "GEN" on the cut-out that is mounted on top of the generator. The other terminal on the cut-out that is marked "BATT" has a wire that connects to the back of the Ammeter (there are two terminals on the back of the Ammeter). The other terminal on the back of the Ammeter has a wire that connects to the starter switch as does the positive cable from the battery.
