I have 1946 3/4 ton pickup. After straightening everything out adding an NOS nose piece, and new hood hinge, the nose point of the driver's side of the hood doesn't want to seem to lay flat/vertical against the nose piece. Passenger's side looks fine. Drivers side is up or out at the tip/point where the hood meets the top of the grill and nose piece. In other words, the gap at the point of the hood is wider.
I've fiddled with it to no end. Any ideas/tricks to get this puppy to lay down? You can press it down with moderate pressure, but doesn't stay.
