I would say a gloss enamel but it will loose some of its gloss when it soaks into the wood. If it is anyhing like the pick-up trucks any metal part will be glossy. Do you have the color for the side and headlining?
My headliner is a brown grained vinyl (?). The interior sides and back door and floor under the spare tire were all painted the same light green like the body. I should mention that at some point they painted the headliner white which is chipping off...

My sedan delivery definitely has the grained imitation leather door panels, pillars, and headlining. Interesting that they specify tan enamel for the Masonite side walls and rear corner and door panels. Mine were never painted tan. They've definitely been green their whole life. Maybe the South African GM assembly plant decided it was easier to just spray the whole body the same color? I was hoping they might specify the load space flooring finish, but don't see it anywhere. Thx again!
