I believe your motor is all poured babbitt. Will need to go to someone that can do that for you. The block will need to be line bored.
I was in Bad Hershfield !961 to 1964.

hello, Thankyou for the answer. i dont find someone in Germany which can do that. this is a Problem.
I hope in this Forum someone have this parts. I repair the Chevy since 2 years and this is the last parts i Need. ( i hope so)

It is hard to believe nobody has the skill to pour liquid metal in your country. Maybe you will need to find a machine shop that can convert your rods and block to accept modern insert bearings. You also could learn to redo the babbitt yourself, there may be videos online for that.

You may be able to ship the bearing shells and connecting rods to a shop in the US and have the babbitt repoured . If you have the crankshaft/ connecting rod big end bearing size they can be finished here. The mains will need to be semi-finished and once installed in the block they will need to be line bored.

Many older marine winches on smaller boats have poured bearings on the shafts. I helped pour those bearings on one of the boats I worked on in my 20s. You might check with a commercial boat repair shop. We are not talking outboard motors, this is what would be called a "marine ways" repair facility where boats of 30 to 90 feet long (10 to 30 meters) would be pulled out of the water for repair. May be worth a try. Art
