1962 Chevrolet interior paint codes
Having extreme difficulty trying to match early paint codes Up to current mixing formulas can anyone help?

Fawn
I have multiple PPG numbers for light fawn ,medium fawn ,and dark fawn . I cannot connect with anybody that can cross them

Have you tried Auto Color Library? They will have as close to the correct color as anybody rather than try to match to a current PPG formula.

I had fawn mixed for my Biscayne, and found at the time RM had the formulas but this was some time ago. I do have the can, and will see if the formula is on it. I know I have the formula's somewhere, I just have to recall what paperwork it was located in, I will dig later tonight. Part of the problem is that they used lacquer.

I tried TCP global today and they are helping me with some research
The problem is there are three different shades which includes flat for the dash

I recall seeing those formulas on the back page of a Dupont color chart, Do you have a sample for them to match? I have some left and can try to do a spray out for you and mail it to you

I have been able to reference dark fawn poly and medium fawn flat (dash and steering Column )
from TCP global
If I I am still struggling after connecting with them I will contact you back
