Is it to a Chevrolet? Engine head EXX Conv-12 L 7, and 193 are written on the head. Is the head good enough for restoring?
What has to be replaced?

The head is for a 1937-1940 engine. Should have a casting number of 837773 on the left side-top.
If for a US engine it would be for a 216 engine. Is it possible that the 193 indicates it was removed from a Cheeath/Chevrolet engine?
I don't know what the displacement of the Cheeath engine was but it was less than 216.
The rusty condition would make restoring expensive if enen possible. Also may have cracks.
