Here are some photos of the drain pan inside the rear quarter window on a '50 Belair. This was taken just after the rear quarter was removed. The water drains to the bottom on the pan and exits through a metal pipe in the floor. Just a different view of something I did not know was there until just recently.

When I replaced my rear quarters(NOS GM)on my 2 dr. Fleetline I noticed the water drained from the btm. of the rear window panel through a hose out the inner rocker panel. Hose looked some what like a garden hose. Thanks for sharing the pictures. I had mine at that point also. John
