For about the last 2 weeks, I have to log in everytime to Chat. Even as I move down to members only area, I have to log in again. I have x'd the box time and again about remembering me on next visit, but to no avail. Just me, my computer or what?? Any help would be appreciated. Getting kinda upset with myself!
Jim.

Get a new cookie saved on your computer.
Go down the right column here until you see "Kill my Chat Cookies"
Follow the instruction.
Then, close all browser windows... Open a brand-new browser window.

I probably should not enter this thread, but those of you having trouble with resigning in, did you restart your computer before the problem started?

Ray --
Yup, shut my computer off all the time, especially when going to bed at night. I have noticed that things are slowing down since this started, so wondering if its my provider. Will play with it some more before I start looking for my Judge. I'll show this computer who's who!! Thanks.

Ray,
After thinking about this a bit, and being ignorant about computers, would you recommend or advise that I leave mine on all the time?? I have a desk-top model made by HP.
Thanks.
Jim.

I really don't know what the recommendation is, but I leave all my computers on constantly. When I quit for the night I click "sleep". In the morning it is just "shake the mouse and make sure he is awake".

Bill, I am having the same problem as jdv did. Tried the "cookie" thing but that did not help. Seems I now have to log on everytime I want to chat. Did not have to do that B/4. Any other suggetions ??

Once you get logged onto the ACTIVE TOPICS page save that page to your FAVORITES or BOOKMARKS and when you click on that FAV or bookmark it should come up logged onto, unless you wipe out your cookies or erase your histories.

I will try that method. I do have VCCA.org already in my favorites but most likely was not logged on when I did it.
thanks
