Well that is not good because it came from a Company that is suppose to know the difference! And was sold to me as such. The top did not look correct or at least in my memory. Do you have a picture of the correct style and any idea what this fits? Any help would be appreciated.

I was just checking Ebay for 54 Chev cars and there is a listing with photos of a 54 car with factory power steering and the reservoir looks to be the same as your photo. The car is a black and white four door. Item # 201085512470

Your Welcome. Hopefully the PS reservoir is as or more valuable than the oil filter assy.
