I continually see lighted fender markers and vent window breezes on these type cars. My question is: Were they dealer accessory items. Also, were spotlights dealer installed??

Fender markers were no loner offered by Chevrolet in 1948. The vent window breezes were never offered by Chevrolet.
A spot light was a dealer installed accessory. 1948 was kind of an in between year for spot lights and the correct one could be either a Unity or Guide brand.

On occasion you will see pamphlets for sale (copies) of all the New Car and Truck Accessories for 1947 (from the dealer), on eBay...It's about four pages... an interesting read...But, since there not the originals it's hardly worth the $10 bucks I think they're asking...
