How can I tell if my 59 Chevy Apache is a Deluxe cab or Custom cab. Also, What is the difference between the two?

I don't have the 1959 facts handy but in 1960 the Custom had a chrome grille, hub caps and bumpers. Had chrome around the windshield and vent window frames. Had a left door (key) lock and chrome dash knobs. Also had a lighter, right visor and left arm rest.
some of the above items were accessories for the Deluxe cab.

Thanks this helps a lot. I do believe my truck is a Custom cab then.
