Can anyone identify this part I got at a flea market? I thought it may be a steering wheel cap for a COE truck, but am not sure. Also not sure of the year. There is no part # on it.

I think it is a horn button for a late 40's-early 50's base model. Absolutely not for any truck.

My guess is 1942 car steering wheel cap.
