For convertibles, I have 1782 in one book, and 1182 in the other. Neither are GM documents...

Good job on the original breakdown, Brewster. No doubt a very helpful breakdown of various models for the guy who asked.
The '42 total production in "round numbers" is 1/4 of a million. Vastly different than '41, which in "round numbers" was 1 + 1/4 million. All the obvious reasons, etc.....but when I had my '42 and guys asked, it was always interesting that 42 production was a million LESS than '41!
