The splines are stripped on my door handle regulator . If I apply pressure on the handle
It will operate the door , but is starting to spin on the splines. Not good...
What are my options. It's too bad the handle doesn't have a small screw in the center,
Like the seat crank handle.

You can buy a new handle from the Filling Station. Check out their catalog.

If you go to this page, then click on the left side, it will take you to their site.

If you click on the right side, it goes to their catalog.

I'll let you figure out where the center click takes you.

Your door handle is made out of pot metal. Get a new handle.

Some have drilled the handle and regulator for a pin. However that weakens both parts and it may work for a while if you treat it real gentle, but as JYD says get a new handle. It will save you from repairing or replacing the regulator .

The handle is o. K. It's the splines on the regulator that are bad.
