OP NYChevyII Shade Tree Mechanic Joined: Jun 2002 Posts: 85 Levittown, NY	Make plans to attend the 2012 Area 11 Meet to be held on August 12, 2012 in Lawrence, NY. Lawrence is in the "Five Towns" on the Queens/Nassau border. The Queens County Region is hosting this meet - this is their first time hosting a Nationally Judged meet - they do such a great job with their local shows that the Nationally Judged meet is sure to be successful. The formal announcement will be made in the February G&D. The meet will be held on a grass field on the grounds of the Rock Hall Museum. Last edited by Chevykid; 01/13/12 03:29 PM. novasscott Backyard Mechanic Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 399 Likes: 1 Lindenhurst, Illinois	Just want to remind everyone that the VCCA not only has class judging at area meets but we have HPOCF (Historic Preservation of Chevrolet Features) certifying original vehicles that have not been restored and we have CDPC (Chevrolet Driver Partication Class) which recognizes and certifies "driver" vehicles. You can always choose Do Not Judge but we do offer additional recognition that is quite rewarding in their own right.
