I am trying to remove the s/s mouldings around the out side of my car. I was told there were screws inside the interior, so I removed the trim inside and I removed about three screws, that had flat bottoms as if to hold something from moving. That didn't work. I cut all rubber seals that go around the window. Does anyone know how these front mouldings are removed. I took the back mouldings off the rear window, there were clips on them. I don't seem to see clips on the front. Help is appreciated!

Hi Badboy,

There are no clips on the front w/shield moldings.

The w/shield must be removed from the body.
Then remove the glass from the w/strip.
Then remove the moldings.

The moldings were installed in the rubber before the glass was installed.

Thank you, myself and my old buddy who worked as a glaser, helped me remove the front and the back.
