Trying to find out if '61 Impala Horns are 1 year only or will other years interchange.
Good 'ol Hollander doesn't go into enough details again.

Bill, This information from the 1964 parts book: horns, pt# 9000443 57-61 pass, L/H lo note (horn marked 443); pt# 9000444 57-61 pass R/H hi note (horn marked 444) Parts book also listed other uses for truck etc.

Note that the horns in the parts book were univesal horns. The bracket was not attached and they came with two different brackets and a large stamped attaching nut so they could be reconfigured to mount on many different years and models including Corvairs.

Appreciate the info, y'all.
Specifically I'm trying to find out if '61 and '62 Horns (Factory Originals) are exactly the same or are they different from each other (including brackets).
