I am preparing my 27 for a Touring vehicle. My radiator guy had seen a supplier that was selling a honeycomb face to put on a newer radiator core to give the appearance of a orginal 27 radiator. He cannot find the supplier at this time. Are any of you aware of a source of this face?

If you are doing a touring vehicle anything in front of the radiator core will lower cooling capacity. Don't know of any or even remember seeing an ad for a honeycomb cover.

The fake front cores were made back in the 1980's and I have seen several of them before. A VCCA member in California used to sell them as well. As I remember they were made in England.
