It is not too difficult but does take some time. You will need to take the 8 body bolts out, remove the steering column or at least take off the steering wheel and loosen the column, disconnect the wiring that goes to the engine compartment and taillights, gas tank and other places it runs to or along the frame. May also need to remove the front floor board or pedals or both.
Once the body is loose and any ties to the frame are free then you can use on of several methods to remove the body. Sling through the windows if you have a crane or chainfall or other similar lifting device. A couple or three long boards like 4x4 (or two 2x4s nailed together under the body and some buddies to lift the body up and off. Or you can block up the body and lower frame by removing the wheels. The frame can be rolled on the brake drums or with the aid of a floor jack or two.
The critical part is to be safe and make sure you take things slowly and carefully.
