Over the past 3 years I have brought a few cool OEM parts for my 41 Coupe. Happily I might add.

And many guys-in-the-know have commented about how certain parts/accessories are not as plentiful, or in short supply or very expensive. From Pomona to Portland to Hershey the comments seem to be the same about availability and high prices.

Well get a load of the ebay price for the Compass: 41 42 46 47 48 GM COMPASS IVORY CHEVY CHEVROLET BUICK Item number: 160244453516 wazzup

Well Happy Bidding blush

Mike, we had a compass like this a couple of years ago that went for over $5,000 bucks. I'm sure evevybody remembers that one.
What makes this compass so expensive and do people really use them? Thanks...Oscar

Wouldn't using a compass compare with asking for directions when lost? talk

Check out the prices people are paying for original 29-30 Chevy taillight lenses and complete taillights on eBay! "Man o' Man,
give me a break!" It's a free country and all, but 'big bucks'
just kind'a takes the fun out of old cars........

I noticed that as well.. a couple of months ago the price for a complete 27~28 taillight assembly would be between $75 to $100.. Now I'm seeing them go $135 an up.
