I have sent emails and even left phone messages to get my membership activated. Is there another route? #50375.

Wee elves are diligent, confident and intelligent but not omnipotent. Once our senses have been activated our extraordinary talents can permit miraculous deeds to be accomplished. In this case John now has the expanded privileges only bestowed on VCCA members.

My membership is a little odd also. I got a renewal notice and renewed online and even have the paypal receipt from May 5 but I am getting "we miss you" e-mails.

Greg, You are already shown on Chatter as a VCCA member so your status here is okay. Maybe the VCCA right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing? Happens is much larger and more sophisticated organizations than the VCCA.
