Ok, just wondering what the main differences are between a 1/2 Ton and a 1 1/2 Ton pickup in the 1929-1932 Era. I know that the Frame is Beefier and Reinforced, Different Rear Springs, or Additional Rear Springs. Is there a Different Rear End (ratio), Transmission/ Gears ?? What abour Tires & Rims ?? Most I have seen have the same from Wheels, 6 lug, but the rear are 10 lug. Are they the same style, utilizing hte same tool to remove, change tire/ inner tube ??

Just wondering what the upgrades are to the 1 1/2 Ton over the 1/2 Ton.

1/2 ton and 1 1/2 ton trucks share front sheet metal, cabs, front wheels/brakes. Most other parts are different. A search through the parts books will yield the similarities and differences.

While they share a lot of the same front sheet metal the front fenders have a larger wheel opening on the 1 1/2 ton and larger, this is to accommodate the larger wheel used on these model's.
