Dave39MD - Thanks for your reply. Attached is dash knob design to match. If a pair is available, will take both. If not, a single will do.

The knobs in your picture are not original to a 36 Chevy. They are probably a modern replacement cable.

The 1936 dash knobs looked just like that except they were black.
The brown knob you have is from a 1934.

The knobs being sold by The Filling Station match what Bruce is showing. Their black knobs of the same shape and year are listed as truck knobs. I've not personally seen 36 knobs so I can't speak from personal experience.
