Bought this for 36 standard but it does not match the original and the shaft is a little too short.

There are five different length non-locking door handles for 1934-1936 that look like this.

So there is no way of knowing which year or Car or Truck? It was just short of working on the Standard. I thought it may be for the Truck.

Trucks have a square end on the shaft and a threaded hole in the end. Trucks do not use the sliding pawl system for locking (however that works). When the truck door is locked, the handle is released to spin 180 degrees without turning the shaft.
