Hello. I am trying to help my nephew who is inheriting a 1930 roadster pickup from his father. the truck is painted and he has to finish putting it together. So far he has not found any top parts and does not know what it looks like. My knowledge is limited to 33/34. I would like to get some photos of the interior and top assembly. Am I correct that the top does not fold down? what does the radiator cap look like? Are rear fenders hard to find? would like to correspond with someone who has one.

thanks,
Pete
I own two 1930 Roadster Deliveries. They were not called a pickup as they were not supplied from the factory with a bed.

You are correct the top does not fold but does remove as an assembly.

Radiator cap screws on, same as '28 & '29.

Currently having a body fabricator reproducing top assembly for both of them as neither had one when I got it. Have taken measurements from one of two basically unmolested examples I know of. I have also had the original top fabric reproduced. Don't know the cost of a top yet.

Reproduction rear fenders are available not 100% but that is what I am using on mine.

Chip, I just sent you an email. Thanks for responding. Can you send me photos of the top assemblies. Aaron (my Nephew) has not found any of the top assembly at his dad's shop and doesn't know what he is looking for.
I replied to the email with a photo of the inside of the top. Shows much of the top assembly.
I looked at 2 '30 roadster deliveries a fellow owns near Salem OR. One had a Martin Parry bed and the other one had a Campbell bed. There is a fellow near Sacramento CA who has 3. I have not looked at those to see what beds they have.

Can you post some pictures? I think they are great looking trucks.
