Has anyone ever encountered a side view mirror like this? the top of the bracket fits over ther the hinge pin head and the bottom has a screww that tightens up to the bottom of the hinge pin

maybe a little different in mounting but same concept

This is on my 31 Buick. It works well but I need to adjust after getting in the car. Looks like the initial buyer bought the mirror.
